This Associate is particularly adept at applying bid management best practice gained across diverse working environments, based on his APMP Capture Practitioner and Practitioner certification. Key Achievements Won £multi-million bids within and to FTSE 100 companies, Critical National Infrastructure and in event management across major UK stadia. Major Bid Writer on the successful bid to deliver the first UK privately operated prison. Introduced bid management processes within start-up companies and trade associations. Won a series of Facilities Management bids for both Hard FM and Soft FM services across diverse client portfolios. Business Development and Bid Manager for the first Smart City parking bay sensor installation in Europe. Managed regional business support including the UK's first High Growth Start-Up project. Experience Over 20 years' experience of leading successful bids, including consultancy bids to the public sector as well as leading winning B2B bid teams from within FTSE 250, disruptor start-up companies and mid-market firms. He has led virtual bid teams with over 60 members on bid values of up to £150m. They are comfortable within the C Suite and has a particular interest in implementing best practice within capture and bid qualification phases. With a background in implementing bid management processes and provides insight in areas such as competitor analysis, win theme development and storyboard and red review stages. Has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Defence, Facilities Management, Education, Event Management, Technology (SAAS), Car Parking, Security, Local Regeneration and Business Support.
