Bid Manager

Profile An experienced Bid Manger who has delivered successful Public and Private sector bids of varying scale and complexity ranging from £100k to £2.7bn. Has extensive bid, business development, client and stakeholder management experience at all management levels and worked on multiple opportunities in various sectors, ranging from £multi-million opportunities for Local Government, NHS, Real Estate, Infrastructure and private organisations simultaneously. Extensive experience of the full bid lifecycle from capture planning and kick off workshops to red reviews and submission. Facilitates the development of winning strategies and solution design through a combination of storyboarding, coaching and hands-on proposal development. Management of risk registers, client clarifications and bid reviews, both commercial and technical / quality. Key Achievements Managed the delivery of a competitive successful PFI bid to the value of £2.7bn, managing a team of 60+ subject matter experts, commercial and proposal support team members. Developed the brand, design and style for this successful bid, including film, print and submission documents, resulting in the style being implemented for all future group submissions. Designed and implemented the group wide bid manual and bid planning toolkit. Experience With over 11 years of bid management and solution design experience, this associate has the ability to mobilise and manage multi-discipline teams, develop compelling solution designs and deliver high quality compelling bid documents to a wide range of sectors. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, comfortable with working with CEOs / Partners, through to staff of all levels.
