Profile Successful bid / business development professional with over 14 years' complex deal direction and sales experience in IT and Outsourcing Industries. This associate has a proven track record of leading winning bids, exceeding targets and increasing win rates in the UK and internationally. Signed new business wins in excessive of £250m in both the Public and Private Sector and has increased win rates across organisations by implementing best practice and process improvements. Key Achievements Led multiple bid wins for over £250m in both IT and Outsourcing contracts, successfully managed over 50 winning bid submissions in the UK, Canada and the USA, win-rate consistently over 75%, developed UK market strategy for US business and delivered six new names contracts in first 2 years. Drove a programme of best practice across a multinational IT business and increased win rate to 70% in 14 month period. APMP Certified, Prince2 Practitioner Experience This associate offers the experience of leading winning bid teams in the UK, Canada and USA and has managed bid budgets of up to £10m and virtual bid teams of over 60. Proficient at negotiating and obtaining buy-in at C-Suite level. Focus and understanding of deal governance and importance of risk management. This associate is skilled in strategy development, lead generation / identification, campaign management, qualification, response and solution development and contract and commercial negotiation. Has an excellent manner and is able to build rapport with customers quickly and a good presenter who excels at persuasive writing.
