Profile Bid Consultant with 15 years' experience in pursuit and project management, process improvement, training delivery and coaching in the Financial Services sector, Creative and Digital industries, Architecture and Engineering consultancy. Having spent the last five years in Professional Services pursuing major opportunities for FTSE100 companies, this Associate has led pursuit processes from opportunity qualification and client contact planning through to pitching and commercial negotiation coaching. Key Achievements: Central government contract as consortium lead (£275m), Financial Services, Insurance, Retail and Defence contracts (average £30m fee) and leading a virtual PMO from the UK with regular pursuit workshop facilitation in the US on a global pursuit for an Automotive company (circa $500m). Previously in Engineering services, client wins included securing complex project management work for central government and various infrastructure projects related to Crossrail and London 2012 Olympics. Experience As a Bid Consultant, their leadership coaching encourages the development of high performing teams and how to effectively breakdown traditional working styles to improve communication and performance.
