Profile An experienced Bid Leader of complex and large-scale tenders covering both public and private sectors across multiple fields including Transport Planning, Highways, Social Housing, New Build Housing, Housing Repairs and Maintenance, Energy Consultancy Services, Office Furniture, Traffic Signals, Street Lighting and Urban Traffic Control Systems. This associate has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams for technically demanding and diverse bids having led and written in excess of 300 bids in their career. Key Achievements Led winning bids for various organisations up to the value of £70m. Dramatically improved the win rate of organisations where a long-term relationship has been in place. Increased the win rate for one organisation by over 25% within 6 months. Successful in bringing 14 new contracts to an organisation within 12 months. Led 2 multi-disciplinary teams concurrently to secure 2 separate Highways Agency contracts with values of £50m and £70m. Successfully implement bid strategies and processes into teams where previously none were in place. Experience Over 10 years' experience of leading winning bid teams and has managed virtual bid teams with over 30 members. Has experience of developing and mentoring teams in bid best practice and coaching in readiness for interviews. This associate has a background in developing and delivering transport planning projects and experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to contract mobilisation. Possess excellent communication skills and has the confidence and experience to work well across all levels of management and seniority.
