APMP accredited with significant multi-sector expertise in bidding on an array of complex bids ranging in value from £1bn + to under £100k. Happy to work in most geographical areas and brings organisations a wide knowledge of the entire bid process including forecasting, overall bid strategy, opportunity identification and evaluation, capture, risk and governance, bid / no bid decisions (involving commercial viability, profitability, resource availability, etc.), procedures and processes, team management and targeted effective writing. Key Achievements Successfully leading bids to many of the UK's household names. Establishing and running an extremely effective bid team for a large Professional Services firm. Managing bids for a major Telecoms provider with members across different time zones, countries and languages. Experience With the ability to quickly 'hit the ground running' in technically challenging environments, offers organisations 18 years' experience of bids together with a strong track record of success. Particularly adept in new technical areas with successful bids in the following public and private sector industries Aviation, Defence and Military, FM, Infrastructure and Construction, Legal, Telecoms and Secure Communications and Transport.
