Commercial experience gained from client work carried out for a wide range of blue-chip companies. Working on the various projects has involved successfully fitting into established teams and delivering deadlines to time by going the extra mile. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management from Department Heads to Senior Directors. Key Achievements Appointed as Financial Lead for major MOD PFI project of £500m. Worked with 22 international Finance Managers to build a robust multi-currency forecasting model and improve processes. CIMA Qualified. Experience This associate has commercial experience ranging from business case development to project pricing, process improvement and project definition. Has successfully worked on projects for leading companies ranging from producing cost models for PFI bids and undertaking funding negotiations; business process improvement and implementation; research and development and budget management. Experienced in a range of industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Defence, Facilities Management, Healthcare, IT and Outsource Services.
