Profile A capable and engaging bid professional with a proven track record of winning high profile tender responses over the past eight years. An experienced leader with an ability to develop high performing teams within a limited timescale to facilitate the best possible bid response in the time parameter available. Key Achievements Submitted hundreds of bids with a high success rate particularly within the UK and EMEA region. Leading, training and developing over 50 young professionals to develop their careers. Focusing on Bid and Project Management to maintain a high proposal success rate (PQQ down select rate of over 80%). Large scale bid production management with the ability to manage high volume responses to a high quality outcome. APMP Foundation Certified. Experience This associate has experience working with a number of blue chip organisations and is well versed at competing within a number of industries including; IT, BPO, Outsourcing, Telecoms, Defence, Financial Services, Public and Rail sectors with a value range typically between £10m-£1bn and up to £13bn. Adept at international tender management with experience in UK, EMEA, APAC and US markets - International travel has been largely unnecessary due to their proven ability to manage bids remotely using virtual teaming techniques. The experience gained as a Consultant has enabled this associate to establish or join bid teams at any stage of the process and make a difference from day one. Working as a Delivery / Project Manager has led to an ability to engage at all levels within organisations and manage complex client issues and provide direct, no-nonsense solutions.
