Profile An innovative and creative Senior Commercial, Contract and Procurement professional with 25 years' experience working with and maintaining relationships with UK and international customers and suppliers. Working on complex, high value and strategic customer bids and for IT Hardware, Software, Managed Outsourcing Services, Consultancy and Integration Services. Key Achievements Worked extensively on complex Service Transition / Transformation Programmes. Building and bringing into service the transitioned service, including handling the negotiation of the existing contracts supporting legal, TUPE and third parties. Negotiated and won the Foreign and Commonwealth Office contract for the IT infrastructure redesign, deployment and outsourcing of support. Continued to support the delivery of the contract in managing the delivery assurance team, commercial, procurement and programme management office. Developed and managed a team of Contracts Managers, validating the performance of contracts of internal and external suppliers to satisfy OGC requirements. Worked on developing Procurement ICT Category Management plans and strategies. Holds UK Government DV clearance. Experience This associate has managed commercial, contract management and procurement departments to provide best in class strategic support in engagement with customers, suppliers, delivery and supplier management. Providing contract terms and conditions, tools and methodologies for the support of internal business units in negotiating contracts, managing delivery and supporting risk identification and management. Has a successful record in taking the leadership role in building bids (RFI and RFP etc.), lead negotiator, developing contractual structure, managing risk reviews and mitigation, strategy setting and planning, customer and third party supplier negotiations.
