Profile Highly focused Deal Pursuit Lead, Senior Bid Consultant and trusted advisor with 19 years extensive experience within complex ICT / BPO Outsourcing (up to £500m TCV), IT / CIO Advisory, IT Strategy & Transformation and Consulting (ITIL, SIAM and ISO20000). Key Achievements Proven track record in delivering and winning complex major deals for outsourced services, consulting and transformational solutions (£5m - £500m TCV) across multiple sectors, complex transformation and critical national infrastructure. Experience Significant experience across full bid lifecycle including opportunity and requirements definition, competitive dialogue, deal and bid strategy leadership, solution and sourcing strategy, bid response, financial modelling, contract management and negotiation through to transition to live operations. Sector experience includes Private Sector Digital Transformation (UK & Europe) across Enterprise Mobility, WAN / LAN, Wi-Fi & 4G transformation, converged communications, Hosted IPT, Unified Communications and Cloud based transformation. Significant large scale UK Public Sector experience across Central and Local Government Outsourcing, PSN Services, Blue Light Digital / Emergency Services and Critical National Infrastructure including secure operations and compliance. Specialist UK Passenger Services experience including UK Digital Rail Communications, Operational Railway and UK Highways digital transformation. Comprehensive experience in board strategy, thought leadership, proposition development, pre-sales consultancy and contract management across complex partner engagement, offshoring and shared services. Also has extensive expert level ITIL, ITSM and ISO20k service management consultancy experience across entire ITIL framework. A highly experienced communicator, coach and mentor with a strong ability to act as a trusted advisor at CIO / Board level with a proven heritage of securing complex major deals.
