Profile An experienced Bid Writer who consistently and successfully achieves pre-defined deliverables within and ahead of target timelines and delivers value-add. Experienced across multiple industries. Works collaboratively with senior executives, subject matter experts and bid professionals, analysing the component parts of client tender specifications and shaping responses to meet required deliverables and contractual obligations. An excellent organiser and completer / finisher, who readily adapts to changing priorities. A keen knowledge management (KM) practitioner and advocate who encourages embedding KM best practice into organisational processes, business development and bid winning strategies. Key Achievements Has worked closely with a number of clients to successfully initiate and establish bid content libraries that provide easily accessible, up to date information. Developed and embedded governance processes to maintain libraries 'fitness for purpose'. APMP Foundation Certified. Experience Contracts undertaken in Construction, Facilities Management, Health, Infrastructure (road, rail, urban renewal), IT, Mobile Communications, Parking Enforcement, Private Security (physical, systems, cloud) and Water sectors. Additional skills include bidding into the Public Sector (Education, Emergency Aid, Health, Home Office, Local Authority, MoD, Welfare to Work). Previously undertaken projects and research studies through Henley Business School Forum for Organisational Learning and Knowledge Management.
