Helping clients to win more easily and frequently in a number of ways including proposal and presentation support on an ad-hoc or interim basis in many sectors from IT Products and Services to Insurance, Pensions and Office Supplies. Benchmarking and proposal capability development projects for clients in the sectors that include Professional Services, Construction, Healthcare, Facilities Management, Telecommunications and IT. Delivering proposal skills development and audit workshops for Banking, Defence, Consulting, Insurance, Telecommunications, Catering, Software and IT Services firms. Key Achievements Working with many clients to develop winning proposals including assisting organisations to achieve a perfect 100% score in their client's evaluation process. Helping develop organisations capability to win - a recent programme led to a client doubling their win rate and halving their bid costs. Creating an instant impact on win rate through skills development services - one client reported a 400% win rate improvement. Being asked to present at industry conference - 2014, 2012, 2010 and 2009. APMP events in the UK, US and DACH. Chairing a major panel session on international bidding and facilitating a session at the last Proposal Symposium. Experience Previously Head of Opportunity Management in UK & Ireland for a large IT company, leading a team of 18 Bid, Proposal and Knowledgebase Professionals and was responsible for the entire proposal process including qualification, engagement, management information, content automation and bid governance. Successfully secured a contract worth over £500m per annum to the company. Prior to this, experience was gained in Bid and Proposal Management roles in IT Products and Services, Utilities and Public Sector Services. BSc (Eng) in Civil Engineering and Business Studies from the University of London.
