Involved with the creation of an automated unsolicited bid which was rolled out globally in 7 languages. Editor and trainer in MS Office applications for individual clients and small businesses. Earned a reputation within Dell as a Word / RFP / Qvidian "guru". Experience Proven track record of delivering high quality bid documents. Captures and creates database records from a variety of information sources and advises on structure of databases and formatting of document templates. Has trained global bid and sales teams in the use of both templates and content retrieval. Good knowledge of the Qvidian database. Has worked mainly in the IT and Telecoms sectors, with some experience in the Recruitment, Leisure, Security, NHS and Finance sectors.
