Highly experienced and credible at working with C-Level Executives to secure their buy in and budget to bring about a radical change in approach to winning new business. Key Achievements Supporting clients in the development of their sales proposals and presentations to achieve a combined win rate of over 80%. Notably in the ICT, Finance, Engineering, Logistics and Print sectors. Engaged by two of the world's leading Sales Process and Training companies, to benchmark their bidding capabilities, train their consultants and enhance their sales proposals. Design and development of highly effective and efficient proposal development processes - helping to double win rates and halve bid costs. Design and delivery of high impact training programmes for sales, marketing, bid and technical teams - empowering participants to enhance the quality and impact of their bid output to the highest levels. Fellow of APMP and holds APMP Professional Certification. Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply: MCIPS. Experience 25 years' experience of operating at the buyer-seller interface. 10 years' in Procurement: writing the RFPs / tenders, evaluating thousands of responses, negotiating and contracting with the successful parties. 15 years' in Proposals: supporting sales, marketing, bid and technical teams to develop winning sales proposals and presentations for both major Public and Private sector opportunities.
