Design and development of highly effective and efficient proposal development processes - helping to double win rates and halve bid costs. Design and delivery of high impact training programmes for sales, marketing, bid and technical teams - empowering participants to enhance the quality and impact of their bid output to the highest levels. Fellow of APMP and holds APMP Professional Certification. Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply: MCIPS. Experience 25 years' experience of operating at the buyer-seller interface. 10 years' in Procurement: writing the RFPs / tenders, evaluating thousands of responses, negotiating and contracting with the successful parties. 15 years' in Proposals: supporting sales, marketing, bid and technical teams to develop winning sales proposals and presentations for both major Public and Private sector opportunities.
