Leading Bid and Business Development teams across Facilities Management, Social Housing and Construction, spanning both the public and private sectors, this associate has successfully secured contracts ranging in value from £50k to £250m. Key Achievements As Head of Bid Management and directly reporting in to C-Suite stakeholders, key achievements have included: Successfully managed in excess of 250 strategic tenders, maintained a proven win rate in excess of 70%, the development and implementation of a winning bid strategy which has enabled 3 separate organisations to secure contracts within new markets and creation of a business development strategy to support the bid management function, which resulted in a 40% increase in turnover and the organisation winning the prestigious Facilities Management Contractor of The Year Award at the 2019 Construction News Awards. In 2021, as Head of Bid Management, this Associate led the bid team for one of the UKs leading contractors to achieve a 70% growth in revenue with wins totalling £176m secured through competitive bidding.
