Profile A highly experienced leader with a strong successful bid management and business development background in outsourcing. This associate has a proven track record of leading multi-disciplined and international teams on complex large-scale bids. With a leadership style focussed on strong team building, clear communication and timely decision making. Key Achievements Actively led successful bids up to values of £1.2bn including pre-sales and delivery handover. Successfully led 2 major re-bids. Created an offshore capability group in Eastern Europe to support bids reducing overall bid costs by 20%. Revised the global bid process to ensure review cycle is appropriate for size of deal and integrated into Salesforce CRM system. Experience Over 20 years experience of leading winning bids up to £1.2bn. Has held Head of Bid Management roles and managed budgets up to £30m. Has managed virtual bid teams of 100+ international members. Has managed department of 45 and has a track record of developing and mentoring best practise in bid management. With a background in outsourcing with industry leading companies and experience in full sales cycle from qualification through to service handover. Strong on win strategies, developing value propositions and bid governance. This associate also has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Defence, Health, Central and Local Government, Commercial Sector and International opportunities. They are a strong team leader, comfortable at all levels of an organisation and passionate about winning. Trained in coaching and mentoring for leaders, SPIN selling, negotiation skills and lean principles.
