Profile An experienced, security cleared Bid Manager with a track record of winning high value and complex contracts and bid campaigns, providing effective bid management consultancy, and leading organisational change and improvement. Key Achievements Delivered winning bids ranging from £100k to £100m+ to MoD, Police, NHS, Local Government, and the wider UK public sector. Provided bid consultancy services to support a successful £100m+ managed services contract within the Defence sector. Head of a Bid Office team delivering successful £multimillion proposals to the Defence, Security and Civil Government sectors. Established a bid management competency framework and acted as change lead delivering sales operations process efficiencies and quality improvements. Experience In excess of twenty years' experience leading winning teams from both the supply and client-side to deliver bids, tenders, and procurements through a range of EU, UK Government, and MoD contracting methodologies and extant frameworks. This associate has a background in Communications and Engineering services and has provided leadership through the entire opportunity / bid lifecycle. This includes qualitative and quantitative opportunity benchmarking and assessment, the facilitation of win strategy, solution development and financial modelling workshops, guidance through governance gates and bid quality (colour) reviews using best practice such as Miller Heiman, TAS and Shipley, and coordinating transition to operational delivery. They have line managed bid and project support office teams and led capture and bid teams of more than twenty members comprising a mix of direct, client and partner staff.
