Collaborated with the Knowledge Manager for the UK operation of a global IT Outsourcing company to identify frequently used information and sources to upload to a searchable shared database system. Undertook annual review of data once in place to check processes, ownership and status of information. Developed work-flow and owners for data as part of ongoing update process. Green field development and production of knowledge base system and user guide for a core middle office reporting system to settle all trades of one of the UK's biggest financial institution. Created a knowledge management system to replace first line support for over 200 detailed financial reports. Entailed detailed SME and developer interviews to extract process, methods and knowledge about functioning and nuances of fast-moving, dynamic and changing environment to meet constant new user requirements. Bid Management Quick-turnaround review and final edit of responses (2 volumes of 600 pages over two weeks) for a market-leading Civil Engineering company on a successful bid for a two-station upgrade project (£12.7m) as part of the London Underground's Step-Free Access programme. Parachuted into the team at one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering companies for the last six weeks of the bid process, successfully managing and submitting all documentation for three distinct lots (each lot's submission being over 1,000 pages and an iPad app) for the complex road and station infrastructure portion of a London Shopping Centre redevelopment programme. Combined value of the three lots was £275m.
