Bid Executive

Job Description

A major financial services organisation is seeking a Bid Executive to join its team in London. The role incorporates bid management, content management and relationship management with the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their bidding career, with plenty of development opportunities on offer.

Responsibilities – Bid Management:
• Project management of bids across the full lifecycle, often working on multiple deals at a time
• Produce winning bids for new and existing customers

Responsibilities – Content Development:
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines
• Develop and maintain the bid library

Responsibilities – Relationship Management:
• Build relationships with key departments, ensuring information used in bid responses is accurate and compliant
• Ensure key stakeholders are kept up to date with progress on bids
• Develop a reputation internally for being professional and proactive

Required Skills / Experience:
• Bidding experience withing financial services
• A willingness and enthusiasm to develop with the bid team
• Forensic attention to detail
• You must have full right to work within the UK to be considered for this role.
