Bid Co-ordinator / Document Publisher

Our client, an independent property services & maintenance company is seeking an experienced Bid Co-ordinator / Document Publisher to join its team in Essex.

As the Bid Co-ordinator / Document Publisher you will be working as part of a small bid team to co-ordinate and produce proposal (RFI, ITT, RFP etc.) documents in addition to being a graphics and DTP specialist. As a core part of the team your role will be to ensure that all customer facing documentation has the highest visual impact and complies with corporate standards and design guidelines.

You will be experienced in attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in storyboarding sessions, attending review meetings / final document review, managing document governance / sign off, and delivery of the completed proposal.

Production of proposal graphics for use both in electronic and hard copy materials. The ability to work with the team to turn written, numerical, and existing content into compelling visual representations.

Confident working with a range of software and design tools to create design output that can be incorporated into tender documents and accompanying materials such as brochures, document wallets, delivery cartons, websites, apps, and other media as specified / required by the client.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience of co-ordinating and producing proposal graphics within the bid environment.
• Strong desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, InDesign, and full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS Word). Professional understanding of document templates, macros and styles.
• Ideally someone who has worked on high-quality public-sector proposals within InDesign.
• APMP Apprenticeship or Foundation (Practitioner or Professional level desirable).
