Anna has ten years’ experience advising senior stakeholders in the legal industry on their bidding and operational needs. Having started as a tenders writer for property management firm HML Andertons (now HML Group) she moved into the legal industry as a specialist bid writer for Norton Rose Fulbright. In 2018 she moved to Fieldfisher as a Bid Manager and has since been promoted through the ranks to Head of Bids and Operations with responsibility for the UK bids team.

She acts as the international lead on bidding across the non-UK offices providing advice and coaching senior stakeholders on their presentation and pitching skills. Early on in her role she also developed a comprehensive library of bidding tools and content which is continuously updated and used today.

Anna’s experience covers all elements of proposal management from pricing to design and her operational skills often include troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions for the firm’s marketing and BD department.

She was interviewed and is quoted heavily in Pitchly’s Pitch Management Survey and advocates for mental health in the legal bids and proposals industry.
