Profile Bid Manager and Writer with success in demanding, high-pressure environments. Understands and implements effective bid processes. Conducts detailed analysis of both RFP / ITN / ITT and the proposed solution, to ensure compliance and maximise understanding of risks, benefits, and win themes. Creating and writing compliant, concise, and compelling responses, while maintaining the integrity of key technical detail. Advanced French skills have facilitated effective collaboration with French-speaking technical experts. Key Achievements Track record of successfully overcoming lack of internal buy-in, poor performance, insufficient resources, and extremely limited time, to deliver winning proposal content. A recent winning bid scored 100% across the entire technical response. Security Cleared. APMP Foundation. Experience Extensive experience leading and collaborating in both Defence and commercial settings. Comfortable with tight deadlines and first-time quality / delivery. Capable at quickly and effectively building relationships with stakeholders throughout the bid team. Sector experience includes Aerospace, Defence, Engineering, Marine, Technology, Training, and Transport.
