Larissa is passionate about growing the proposal profession and using the art and science of winning – to create jobs and improve lives.

She is the Chief Win Strategist and co-owner at nFold, a proposal consultancy based in South Africa. Larissa is seen as a thought leader and proposal pioneer in the region. In 2021, Larissa was one of the top 100 most influential women in the African Supply Chain for promoting proposal best practices.

In 2018 she was honoured as one of the APMP 40-under-40, a global acknowledgement of proposal professionals. As a certified APMP professional, this reflects a dedication to mastering proposal expertise (an ongoing passion). Larissa further assists in developing up and coming proposal stars by assisting other African proposal professionals to achieve APMP certification. She is also a Director of the APMP South African Chapter.

With over 12 years in business development and proposal consultancy, Larissa offers bid expertise across various industries. She has trained thousands of people and worked with over 260 companies on strategic bid work. She has a further seven years of operational management expertise and actively promotes the Proposal Profession by combining proposal best practices with her operational and sales background, helping businesses win more.
