Key Achievements Led and delivered more than 150 bids across several sectors, including winning framework bids for Healthcare IT (£10m plus), IT and document management (£26m plus), Education (£2m plus) and Retail (£3m plus). Bid win rate averages 80%. Experienced in online bid platforms, e.g. G-Cloud. Has set up a full suite of bid processes and successfully implemented them across a large corporate multi-divisional business. Experience A successful background, over more than 20 years, working in bid management, project management, sales and business development allows them to bring an added dimension to the way they manage the bid process and create winning responses. This experience allows them to relate well with the sales team and subject matter experts, enabling them to get the best out of the team and support them along the way. Having worked in a variety of roles from Bid Lead to Bid Team Manager and contractor in writing and bid delivery roles, they can be flexible in their approach when taking on a project. Successfully built a bid team from scratch several times, developing, implementing and improving processes and win rates along the way. With a win rate that has averaged 80% over the last 10 years. The sales and business development experience allows them to understand the end customers' needs and turn that into a solution that fits the brief and allows the end customer to achieve their objectives. This also enables them to undertake opportunity qualification, assist in solution development, undertake storyboarding and develop clear win themes that can be supported by evidence. Experienced in the full end to end bid lifecycle, using Shipley and APMP best practise, this Associate is able to support the whole process or to step in part way through.
