Successful winning new business with large government bodies such as the Department of Health, Crown Commercial Service and the General Dental Council. Securing multiple framework bids with preferred supplier status at national and local government level for various clients. Experience Experienced in the end-to-end bid process, managing bids of up to £10m in value and teams of up to 30. Professional at negotiating and engaging with Director-level stakeholders for over 5 years. Proven delivery of multiple projects / proposals in challenging situations, combining a diligent, evidence-led approach with a persuasive outlook and manner. This Associate takes a client-focused approach on bid management which reflects the key focus for the business. This leads to the development of win themes which maximise win rates, tailoring bids into successful delivery.
