Profile Versatile and driven Bid and Project Manager with over 16 years' comprehensive experience, project managing numerous activities and skilled in collaborating with all members of the organisation to achieve business and financial objectives. Instrumental in streamlining and improving processes to improve efficiencies and results. Superb project leadership abilities and personnel management skills with strong expertise in the information services sector. Key Achievements Designed and implemented a new, simplified bid process to improve efficiencies and clarity, with an accompanied Bid Pack. Wrote a condensed Writing Pack based on the Shipley Proposals Guide to embed best writing principles. Personally managed up to 10 bid responses at any one time, managing a team responding to an average of 70 bids per year. Recently delivered winning bids with values of £1m - £2.7m. Successfully awarded over 25 products / services onto the government G-Cloud framework worth over £5m. Experience Over 10 years' bid management experience including efficient management of department workflow and personnel, providing mentoring, training and development of talent, mid-year and annual appraisals, objective setting and monthly reviews. Managed and delivered high quality bids in line with the Group's strategic and tactical sales priorities, redesigned, implemented and continuously improved the bid process to ensure efficiencies, effectiveness and improved results. Continuous improvement and management of response content and guided solution, implementation and service management teams in creating and maintaining high quality bid content and embedded best practices in bid and proposal writing through training, guidelines, templates and workshops.
