Profile Bid Consultant / Writer with over 15 years' of experience of strategic business development in Health, Social Care, Livelihoods and Education sector. Supporting organisations' to develop structure and infrastructure to maximise competitive advantage, whilst writing large complex tenders for a range of national and international public, private and Charitable sector funders / commissioners. End to end bid management to undertake and develop business systems, service / project delivery, research, scoping projects, evaluation, education / skills development, community cohesion and capacity building. Key Achievements A former Director of Development and Chief Executive Officer, increasing income more than 2 fold for employers and a win success rate of 70-80% in a consultancy capacity. Win / negotiate £multi-million contracts with funders and commissioners, through to the identification, facilitation and coordination of commercial business development projects. The set up and incorporation of businesses, Community Interest Companies and Trading Subsidiaries. The development and coordination of consortia to deliver multi disciplinary service provision in a heavily regulated environment. Developing organisations Governance structures, policies and procedures, IT infrastructure, operational capability, data capture, outcome frameworks and quality assurance frameworks including ISO quality marks (9001, 27001, 14001). Experience The identification and full utilisation of organisational mission, vision, USPs, capacity, competency, quality and scale to enable best practice response to commissioners / funders requirements including: governance structures, policies and procedures, delivery models, quality assurance frameworks, outcome frameworks, IT systems and data protection, intellectual property and information sharing, data capture / monitoring and reporting, financial models and systems, operational management, contracting and legal frameworks. National and international experience with 17 years lived experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
