Key Achievements Won a strategic bid worth £50m with a challenging customer while building the relationship sufficiently to allow for follow up business of a similar size. Successfully re-signed a key Pharmaceutical customer while negotiating additional acquisition business and improving a previously poor relationship. Successfully restructured a "lost" deal with a key customer after not being down-selected. Developed and delivered deal shaping, basic and advanced negotiation internal training to maximise the chance of winning opportunities and providing colleagues with skills to protect themselves against aggressive negotiation tactics. Experience 12 years commercial experience across Telecommunications, Retail / FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare and Consulting. Spent 2.5 years as a client-facing McKinsey consultant. Most recent role being Deal Architect, leading commercial responses to bids worth up to £100m.
