This associate remains calm under pressure whilst delivering high quality results with a meticulous attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.Key Achievements Provide bid support on the London CrossRail franchise on behalf of Govia, a Joint Venture between the Go-Ahead Group & Keolis (UK) Ltd. Contract value £14.8bn over an 8 year franchise. Supported the ScotRail franchise on behalf of National Express (Rail) Group Ltd. Contract value £7bn over 10 year franchise. Supported the Inter-City East Coast franchise on behalf of the joint French consortium of the Eurostar East Coast Ltd / Keolis (UK) Ltd, employing the anticipated signaling benefits of European Railway Traffic Management System (ERTMS), which led to improved flexibility and capacity. Contract value £3.3bn over the 8 year franchise.Experience Since September 2013 this associate has been working on a high level assessment of the potential for running additional freight services for a rail franchise, working with the in-house team of senior consultants. This included reviewing bid information, developing franchise timetables to increase service flexibility, intensity and improve journey times, evaluated by the client to calculate cost & revenue, then reviewing client suggestions, incorporating their preferred options.
