Profile This highly experienced Associate has run international RFPs of various size and scale in various sectors. Projects range from small focused bids to multi-product / multi-service offerings. Works effectively across multiple stakeholder groups in different locations, to bring together a cohesive and timely bid response. Highly flexible and hands-on, this Associate is quick to understand the commercial drivers and USPs upon which to build compelling, well-written business proposals. Possesses excellent team-working skills and an exceptional understanding of diverse business cultures. Languages are a strength with native fluency in both French & German. Adopts a project management approach to all aspects of the commercial, technical and legal requirements of Integrated, TFM bids. Key Achievements Opened up numerous new markets for major FM service providers by winning competitive tenders. Successfully bid for and won over £100m in multi-service TFM contracts. Never missing a deadline. Experience Over 20 years' experience of leading winning bid teams. Great attention to detail and ability to deliver high performance solutions under pressure. Strong market and competitor knowledge. Experience of running extensive, very competitive RFPs to win international contracts across multiple industry sectors. Strong focus on B2B with more than 10 years' bid management experience at international level.
