Designed and delivered internal pricing training, co-facilitated leadership and management training. Developed bid process and library management best practice for multiple organisations. Proven track record in improving win rates. Experience Experienced in managing complex, multistage bids across the entire bid lifecycle. Over 10 years' experience as an Author, Bid Writer and Manager and Business Development Manager. Managed multi-disciplinary teams across multiple internal and external partner organisations. Managed and worked with bid teams across 4 continents to win contracts globally. Won contracts with 4 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world and developed existing accounts to increase business. Adept at building trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation.
