Profile An experienced and enthusiastic Bid Manager and Writer of global, multi-subject Professional Services, Technology (Hosted and Cloud), Customer Service Outsourcing and Defence bids. A proven track-record of leading UK, EMEA and global tenders ranging from £250k to £50m. Regularly managing several tender processes at once, this Associate has extensive experience of successfully working under pressure to tight, and often conflicting deadlines. Key Achievements Led successful £500k pa global opportunity (20+ jurisdictions) for employment legal services, resulting in sole provider appointment and spin-off wider practice work. Managed successful >£25m win for UK public sector client with significant TUPE transfer component. Led successful £1-5m tenders for first overseas/UK deployments of new-to-market cloud-based software. As part of a best practice process overhaul, increased win rate from 44% to 68% within 18 months for a leading Utility Outsourcing company. APMP Member and Practitioner certified. Experience Over 12 years' experience of leading on-site and remote / virtual teams in successful tenders, as prime and sub-contractor and within joint venture structures. Regularly communicates with all stakeholder levels, from 'on the floor' operational teams, to CEO and Group Board. Has proven experience in end-to-end bid process, from chairing bid decision gates, storyboarding and content planning, bid writing and third party content management, through to final drafting, sign off and submission. Also regularly mentors presentation teams, including managing mock panels. Has experience in building / administering SalesForce SalesCloud to manage and report on Business Development pipeline. An excellent written and verbal communicator, within and external to the home organisation.
