They have proven experience in managing simultaneous large / high value short-term and long-term projects from conception to completion. With a determined and decisive attitude - works well under pressure, using initiative to meet and resolve challenges. Key Achievements Led the creation of large scale bid submissions for projects in the UK and Canada for values worth over £800m - $2.1bn. Improved win ratios by implementing effective process and bid governance, improving quality and redesigning the brand. Increased opportunity to bid a two-stage tender process with a PQQ success rate of 100% qualification in all industries / organisations. Increased revenue within differing sectors as a direct result of successful contract award in healthcare by c.£31m in 2015-2016 and £2.2bn in the construction industry in 2010-2011. Experience 9 years' experience of planning and creating proposals. Well equipped to manage a bid through all stages - from the initial brief, strategy development, format and design creation, and compelling content - to a logical, well-executed and quality product. Works closely with and manages team members to produce a high quality, consistent submission with on-time delivery. Possess strong process / work flow development skills and have excellent editing and proofing abilities - striving to ensure quality and consistency. Systematic and logical approach, coupled with IT proficiency and extensive bid experience provides a sound knowledge for creating bids. Has an energetic approach to work and achieving objectives and is eager to develop and enhance their knowledge within a busy and challenging commercial environment.
