Profile A professional Bid Manager with over 15 years' experience in both the Public and Private Sectors. This associate has proven ability to manage and win complex multi-million pound bids by utilising extensive sales experience, organisational skills and sound outsourcing background. As well as this wealth of experience, this associate has a number of personal attributes that have contributed to success, namely professionalism, tenacity, attention to detail and diligence. More recently involved in bid management consultancy, this associate has helped a large private sector organisation to revisit their approach to bidding by introducing best practice to underpin their aggressive growth targets. Key Achievements Major wins of strategic partnership style contracts with Local Authorities worth over £100m. Managed over 100 bids with a consistent win rate of over 65% (including a five year period where this was 100%). Design and implementation of new bid governance processes for two separate organisations including the rollout of the associated training programs to over 800 people collectively. Experience Experienced in large-scale strategic bids with bid budgets in excess of £1m into Local Authorities and Private sector. Bidding diverse solutions including outsourcing of ICT Management, Facilities Management (hard and soft), Call Centres, Business Process (e.g. HR / Payroll, Financial Services, and Occupational Health), Change Management and Business Transformation programs. Has managed large virtual bid teams in excess of 30 people and is a Qualified Trainer. Skilled in bid governance process design and implementation and competitive dialogue procurements.
