Profile This associate brings specialised bid management, bid writing training and bid writing skills. Has an excellent track record in managing complex public sector ITTs with large technical teams, in the UK and internationally, drawing on proven bid management processes and checklists. Adept at working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and coaching them to produce high scoring responses. This associate delivers targeted, just-in-time training using a pragmatic bid writing training course, which has been delivered to over 150 SMEs to date, with excellent feedback. Drives the entire bid production process from competitive analysis and win theme development; producing answer outlines; mentoring the development of the drafts and graphics; running pink and red team reviews; through to final document production and submission. Key Achievements Achieved over £3.5bn in winning bids, working with large and small clients from a wide range of industries. Won £1bn international PPP procurement, scoring 96%, the highest score ever seen by the Canadian Government. Won over £100m in NHS framework contract bids over the last 2 years, working closely with a small business client. Experience This associate brings over 13 years' experience as a Bid Consultant, Manager, Trainer and Writer on commercial and public sector bids. Has a 20 year background in sales, account management and business development; Achieving over £40m in complex solutions sales with major computer vendors and £50m in international business unit sales with Logica in 2 years. APMP Foundation Certified.
