Key Achievements Acted as an Author, Negotiator and Reviewer in gaining awards onto Government framework agreements (From 2005-2015). Led a bid management team, defining new processes and qualification criteria to improve win rate from 40% to over 65%. Technical lead for the Government Conveyance Network (GCN) workgroups with Cabinet Office, defining and agreeing technical and operational standards for the Public Services Network (PSN). Technical lead during on-boarding reviews with CESG and Cabinet Office resulting in the company becoming the first to achieve certifications to operate in the PSN. Lead Reviewer on winning bids for regional PSN contracts worth over £50m. Experience Over 20 years' experience in winning bids and leading teams. A seasoned professional in dealing with and negotiating at all levels. A strong focus on governance and is experienced in developing and mentoring teams in best practice. Excellent knowledge across solutions and services, from qualification through to delivery. Will provide critical input into qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions and solution delivery. An excellent communicator, both spoken and in writing.
